(1) tall hopper bottom bin with hopper bolted down to concrete pad approximately 15,000 bushel (1) Westeel Rosco hopper bottom bin bolted down to concrete pad approximately 5,500 bushel
(1) Westeel Rosco hopper bottom bin approximately 500 bushel
(2) very large steel bins sitting on concrete floor approximately 25,000 bushel each.
(1) Westeel Rosco bin on concrete floor approximately 5,000 bushel There is a drive through building 2 over head doors inside is a VESA - a - Belt propane grain dryer. These dryers are manufactured in New Hamburg Ontario. There is a 4 cylinder cat Diesel engine that some one stole the generator off the engine a year ago. There are panel box’s, everything in the building goes with the package and if the buyer wish to take the building apart it’s included.
the grain leg is a Silver Sweet Leg build in Springfield Ohio.
There are several electric motors, feed and draw augers everything sells in the package.

Call Mike Mon thru Sat no Sun calls. Offsite equipment can be viewed by contacting the listed contact at the phone number provided.

Loadout:

Offsite loadout will be by appointment by calling the listed contact at the phone number provided. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released.

Terms and conditions. The buyer has one full year to remove the grain handling system at his time and cost. The concrete or any scrap material can be all left behind. If the buyer wishes not to take the building it can be left behind. The buyer will sign a waver that he will be working on there own and have proper insurance and the seller is not liable for any accidents or injuries while on the sellers property. The power will be all disconnected and the old white building will be dozed away shortly so there will be more room to dismantle the set up. This whole set up is located at Hwy #2 and the Carstairs over pass turn east 1/2 mile. It can be seen off the #2 Hwy . Seller bought the land and has no use for the set up.
