• A 10% admin fee will be added to all live and timed auction items.
• Once an item is purchased it becomes the buyers responsibility.
• It is the buyers responsibility to insure and/or care the item once the auctioneer declares the item sold.
• TEAM Auctions is not responsible for any lost, damaged or missing items.
• All items must be removed by Tuesday December 4th, 2018. Keep in mind we are closed Sunday Dec 2nd.
• A $20 handling fee per item will be added to any item that TEAM Auctions has to prepare for shipping.
• Any item will be shipped F.O.B. and must be paid for in full before shipment.
• Any items that cannot be shipped ( carrier company will not accept) it becomes the buyers responsibility to arrange alternate arrangements.
• All item descriptions are a guide only, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify condition, authenticity and value.
